Looking for a reliable person to hose water our large cottage garden M/W/F mornings through September, approximately 1.5 hours a day. This is a fairly simple task - a service does the majority of the hard labor - but requires attention and consistency. Three street-facing and one internal section can be connected to drip lines and monitored, several smaller sections need hose connection and hand-watering. No special knowledge is needed, and we'll give you guidelines - you just need to be able gauge when plants or trees need additional water. If you enjoy being outdoors, performing repetitive tasks, and helping things grow (all while listening to podcasts/audiobooks), this is a great way to earn some cash. Physical requirements: - Ability to bend and lift and move a large section of hose - Ability to safely navigate external stairs and garden section tiers This is a part-time, short-term, at-will contract position. We will provide you with an app that can track your hours, or you can track and submit independently, paid biweekly via Venmo or PayPal. If it's helpful, we're happy to write a reference for a person who works the whole season. It's all outdoors, but please observe social distance guidelines as needed.
