Job Description Ice Now is a bulk ice distribution company based in Phoenix. We are looking for team players who will assist our drivers in loading and unloading ice products. Here is a video about our company and daily tasks: Main job responsibilities include: Load ice products on truck Clean and organize truck Keep warehouse organized and well kept. Loading and unloading equipment Stacks ice at customer or driver direction. Working alongside driver to move ice products Abide by Ice Now and its customers safety practices. Minimizes delays and reports problems Must be able to work under pressure to conform to time deadlines Help Navigate Driver to/from locations and assist with backing up truck Other Duties as Assigned Driver Helpers Must: Be on time - every time Have the desire to work full-time Speed up all deliveries being made Be able to lift 10-50+ lbs repeatedly Have reliable transportation to and from work Be Drug Free as Ice Now is a Drug Free Company Have proof of eligibility to work in the United States (will E-Verify). Compensation is $13.50 per hour and there are opportunities for bonuses based on performance. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $13.50 per hour
