We are looking for a strong team player who is energetic and motivated to work as a Property Caretaker at our Apache Junction and Arizona City storage facilities. Who We Are: Anytime Storage is a rapidly growing self-storage operator with 11 self-storage facilities in Arizona. As automation advances in our industry, we are focused on technological improvements to provide an excellent customer experience in a safe, clean and secure environment. Our Property Caretaker will handle the following duties at three of our properties in Apache Junction with the possibility of additional properties in the future. Job Description Self-Storage Maintenance Duties • Driving to and from assigned properties • Performs unit checks at all assigned properties • Performs property repairs and maintenance (Units/Doors, lighting, etc.) • Preps units that come up for auction • Adds and removes overlocks for delinquent tenants • Completes task list provided by Management Property Care Duties • Ensures property maintains professional curb appeal • Collects and posts/communicates customer dropbox/kiosk payments to servers/office • Coordinates with Management on any subcontractor needs • Partners with Management on scheduling various customer needs • Completes task list provided by Management • Completes landscaping and upkeep of the property • Any other needs of the property to ensure a Clean, Secure and Well Cared for Property The Ideal Candidate • Positive attitude • Excellent communication skills • Property maintenance experience • Self-starter • Reliable and excellent time management skills • Strong organization of mobile office • Strong safety orientation • Basic mechanical and computer skills • Possess and maintain valid Drivers’ License • Possess and maintain clean driving record and background check • Ability to meet physical demands of the job (frequent driving, heavy lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, climbing ladders, kneeling, etc.) • Must be able to work any day of the week, including weekends • Must be able to travel to quarterly, annually and for training meetings/needs at different locations Job Type: Part-time Salary: $13.00/hr plus housing (Rent, electricity, water, sewer, gas)
