Seeking qualified paver installers for licensed Landscape construction company. Must be proficient in laying pavers/ travertine and site preparation. Must be a goal-oriented person, always keeping safety, quality and production in mind. Minimum Qualifications: 2 years experience working in landscape construction (installing pavers/travertine. Artifical turf a plus Pool couping a plus Must be experienced laying pavers and ground preparation. Heavy lifting of material and equipment 50 to 100 pounds, in some cases more. Willing to work with others and have a positive attitude. Reliable transportation ( must drive to each job location. Mostly East valley) Specific Job duties: Comprehension of patterns and design layouts of pavers. Calculate angles and courses and determine vertical and horizontal alignment of courses. Cut pavers to size using power tools (e.g. angle grinder, Wet saw). Sand and compact pavers with walk-behind plate compactor. Level area for install Examine work area to determine any needs for repair. Communicate with Supervisors, Peers and Owners.
