Please help me find my cat

Still missing my baby since September 29th 2019, and heart broken every day that passes: Please help. I had my cat in a temporary foster home and he ran away. My son and I are devastated. He ran away on Naragansett Avenue in the 50's. Ocean Beach, fixed male black cat(he is now 6 years old and 10 months), His whiskers are see through, a line under his lips from a long time ago where he tried to jump and fell. Two white hairs on his upper neck upper back. Some pink on his paw pad. He actually talks a bit in a cute kitty voice. Loves Tuna. I've had him since 6 weeks old, he had a RED collar and a RED heart tag saying indoor cat only. He was shy. He is friendly though. I got up every morning with a flashlight from 3AM-6AM calling out his name, day and night.. I've had him since 6 weeks old. He has been spotted. If you have him or is an outdoor cat now, please call me. I know it's been such a long time, but would you give up on your baby? I Just can't. I am very heart broken still.
