Founded in Austin, Pro Valet Trash has been in business for over 10 years and growing rapidly. We have several good paying positions we are looking to fill immediately in the North Austin Region. This is a senior position so experience managing projects and teams will be required. This is strenuous and fast paced work. Please read the ad entirely before responding. What we need: This position is a "Supervisor" position, working Full Time (3PM - MIDNIGHT) with us Sunday thru Thursday (5 Day/nights a week) at different locations within the assigned North Austin region (Arboretum, Cedar Park/Leander - Pflugerville, Round Rock, Georgetown). We need someone who will coordinate our area managers (2) and their team Members (25-30) with door trash pick at apartments. Our scope of work also includes maintaining/clearing dumpster and/or compactor areas. This person will be highly effective with communication and planning, able to make creative decisions and reassignments with little notice. This person will ensure all the properties in their area are completed each service night as well as serve as an escalation path for any issues which the area managers cannot tackle. This position will be expected to pull trash from time to time but will primarily be running the crews, training, and doing QA routes to ensure our customers are happy. This position will also be expected to visit each property in their region each week to quickly say 'hi' to the management staff. What we do: We enhance the living experience for residents of multi-family apartment communities. We add value to the onsite management team by working closely with them to strategically manage their waste flow across the entire property. We run doorstep valet trash pick up routes, removing trash from their doorstep and throwing it away in the dumpsters facilities on the property. Easy. No large, loose or bulk items, just bags of trash/recycling and folded cardboard. Each community has its nuances which will be learned during training and an ongoing basis. You will work with a daytime team member to be updated on any communication that comes in from the management which affects the night service. Location: NORTH AUSTIN, so this position works best if you are close to this location.
