A manufacturer of quality seasonings for meat, chicken, fish and other fine Hispanic recipes, with over 30 years in the food industry is looking for self-motivated, energetic people to join our team in our Van Nuys location as Warehouse and Production workers. You will need to be fully vaccinated or show a negative COVID-19 test before starting. Responsibility: Responsibilities will vary depending on department assignment. • Shipping & Receiving: Pulling and palletizing product to fill orders in a timely manner. • Blending Department: Mixing and Blending Operator is to operate or tend machines to mix and blend any of a wide variety of materials, such as spices, color pigments, and other ingredients per specific company specifications. • Production: Load and monitor bottling line machines such as fillers, cappers, and labeling machines to achieve desired line objectives. Maintain clean and safe work area. Performs other production tasks as needed and assigned. Physical and Environmental Demands: Physical demands consist of standing, walking, reaching overhead, bending, twisting, pushing, and pulling, grasping, stooping, and lifting up to 50 lbs. frequently on a daily basis. Qualifications: • High School education or equivalent • Manufacturing/Production experience a must • Minimum of 2 to 5 years of directly related experience. • Basic computer skills If interested please submit a current resume.
