The Chakradance™ Freedom Series may be just what you need! A small group experience of beautiful souls who are ready for deep inner transformational work. A 9-week series Fridays, June 4th - Aug 13th where each week we explore a different chakra using free-form dance, music pulsing to the energy of each chakra, guided imagery, and mandala art. Dive in and explore your inner world, release blocked energy and rediscover your true, authentic self. Ways of working with each chakra will also be explored so that you can continue on with your journey throughout the time in between classes. Be prepared for some energetic shifts and some moments of pure freedom!
