Description

Apartment complex in West Salem needing a basic landscaper / grounds keeper. Responsibilities are blowing leafs, mowing, trimming trees, hedges and bushes, parking lot maintenance, stripping, outside lighting bulbs changed, pressure washing the buildings. this could include assisting with apartment turn overs, painting, cleaning out units and general maintenance issues, willing to train the right motivated individual, must have reliable transportation and show up when scheduled, wage is DOE and from 10-20 + hrs a week, work schedule is pretty flexible, Please send a Resume and Do Not ask if the position is still available, there will be no response Building maintenance, landscape, painting, cleaning, plumbing, electrical, pressure washing, stripping, rental, rental turnover,
