Need a Social Media Guru

We are a roaring 20's speakeasy bar with casino tables (fake money, but real games and dealers!) on 28th and 5th. We previously have been doing corporate events but recently changed our liquor license to be open to the public as a bar and are rebranding as The Syndicate. We are looking to be an exclusive type joint as we do fancy cocktails. Maybe bottle service at the BJ tables. We are the only type of this business in the country and the only casino in NYC (fake or otherwise!) The trick is... we are on the 6th floor of an office building. No signage of course. So we are going to need some amazing marketing to bring in the peoples. I am looking for some help in social media, preferably someone who is youngish and looking for a job once we reopen for real (over the summer) as we will continue the corporate events.
