Mid-level videographer for YouTube videos

I am a one-woman-band who runs a YouTube channel full time since 3 years. I need some occasional help filming certain videos where I'm too busy (riding a bicycle, interviewing people on the go, etc.) to be the host of the show AND film at the same time. I might also need occasional help in editing videos. I'm not looking for people with long experience and top skills because I don't have a big budget to spend on this. If you're a beginner or intermediate seeking to gain experience and spend a few hours in good company, you might be the right candidate. I use iPhone 12, GoPro and Lumix G7 to film. You can use my gear or bring your own. About me: I'm 31 years old, Italian, Master degree in Philosophy at the University of Padua, passionate about making this world a better place through education to sustainability and critical thinking. I'm very positive, optimistic, smiley and energetic. If you piss me off, I'll try to convince you to become a better human being, rather than get angry at you. That's how I roll. Compensation (it's too long for the field "compensation") We spend 2-3 hours biking around the city filming? I can give you $50. You help me film a sponsored video for a brand? Depending on how much they pay me, I can give you $100 or more. You just help me with a little camera trick for which I need an extra pair of hands? I'll buy you a beer. I don't like money transactions. With me, the best thing you get is good human interaction and enriching experiences and conversations. I live very frugally so I don't even have much money for myself, but if I have extra and you want it, I'll give it to you. With me, as you can understand, flexibility is key.
