Neighborhood nuisance abatement

Every Sunday afternoon a group has been setting up a tent and speakers to rant across Story Rd at our neighborhood, sing karaoke, or play music, all at extreme volume. Police are deadbeats about it and the group hasn't responded to polite or impolite requests to stop. I'd like 1-2 people to come out with megaphones or their own PA system and PPE (hearing protection) for 1-2 hours and ask them repeatedly to leave. The cacophony of having one on their right and one on the left might help. Giving them a taste of feedback--use the handset, project their sound back at them--might help too. We're open to other legal means to disrupt this and convince them to go.
