CARPENTER WANTED ASAP!

I need a Carpenter for the following work named below ASAP!! 1). Build 2 walls to create and enclose a clothes closet and install 1 or 2 bi-folding doors. The two walls needed to be built measure 27" wide x 58" wide x 7 feet high. I will also need a shelf and a pole (to hang clothes) made on the inside. Also, build a book shelf on an existing wall that measures (4 feet wide x 6.5 feet tall). 2). Frame, Insulate with fiberglass and drywall (putty sand, etc) the inside of a garage that measures 20 feet x21 feet. Please give me a SEPARATE PRICE RATE for Job 1 and Job 2.
