Hi, I’m Owen, a 31 year-old drummer, and I’m looking for a band to play with. I’ve been playing drums on and off since I was about 15 and I’ve been in a handful of bands over the years. Looking to join a band or start a new one and start playing shows and parties once things start opening up again. Ideally looking for something in the mid-range of commitment level - for the right project, I'm down to put in the work of practicing 2 or more times a week so we can actually get sets down, play local shows, write & record songs that people actually want to listen to, ect, but I'm also not trying to put the rest of my life on the backburner. I’m easy-going and don’t take myself too seriously. I live in Oakland, fully vaxxed, and currently share space at OMC. Ideally looking for people who live in Oakland/Berkeley as well. I’d like to find people who have **similar musical influences** as me and want to play similar types of music.
