Looking for a real estate mentor

Hi Craigslist world, I'm a young(ish) woman looking for a mentor to coach me on my real estate investing journey. I don't own any property and no one in my circle knows anything about real estate. I have read all of the books and listened to the podcasts, but I am in analysis paralysis! Does anyone have the time or interest in helping a young whipper-snapper analyze some deals and learn the fundamentals, especially for off-market deals? I am also interested in helping you manage your property and learning that way. Or open to any other ideas. Thanks in advance and have a great day!
