Tapping is just what it sounds like. You use your fingers to tap on acupuncture points to help balance your energy for better physical and emotional health. While tapping, you make statements on what you would like to work on. Many studies have shown it to be very effective.
The free class is held once a month via zoom and lasts about an hour.
