I’m looking for a reliable person to bring on with me who’s honest and goes above and beyond with every job and who does the right thing when no one is watching. Preferably I would like someone with some honest experience in all aspects of painting/prepping. I’m super easy to work with I have a good attitude and always smiling. Small business with several jobs waiting. I have great references with no complaints on every job I’ve done. The problem is I can’t find anyone that shows up on time or shows up at all but wants to be paid but not work. This would start out as a 1099 pay. I can pay every 2 weeks sometimes earlier if possible. I don’t need to sub any work out just need a sidekick who wants to have fun. Have any questions let me know.
