Real Estate Company looking for a full time cleaning person to clean common areas in residential buildings, do thorough cleanings after tenants move out of houses and apartments, and manage other part time cleaners who help with busy times. Typical Hours are 8-5 Reliable transportation is a must Must have knowledge and experience with a wide range of cleaning products. Duties will include Sweeping Moping Vacuuming Dusting Scraping paint Taking garbage out Moving Furniture Around You must be able to take direction, self motivate, and work well on your own and with others.
