I have a client who is trying to hire 300 general laborers to work in a factory setting assembling HVAC machines within Wichita, Kansas. This job is going to be set up as a 3 month contract and will be brought on permanently if seen as a good fit. There are openings for first shift (6:00AM - 2:30PM), second shift (3:00PM - 11:00PM), and third shift (10:00PM - 6:00AM) The requirements for this job will be as follows: High School Diploma and/or Equivalent Must have a clean background Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate a high degree of tact, discretion and diplomacy. Must be able to lift 40-50 pounds Must be able to bend, pull and push to build units. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to read Numbers. Must be able to go up and down stairs safely. There will be a lot of people applying in, so the only candidates that will be considered are the ones that email me a newly updated resume, which shift you would want to work, and a time you can talk for 10-15 minutes.
