Someone is trying to sell a deathtrap 'dunebuggy/gocart'.
A bungee cord wrapped around the exhaust, underneath the gas tank..., and next to the top of gas tank (where the fumes come out) is a bundle of poorly connected electrical wires connected together.
What could go wrong, other than possibly the rest of your life ending much sooner than you planned?
