L4 Property Services located in Rockville, MD is seeking full-time Skilled Laborers to support our selective demolition and final cleaning work on large-scale commercial & government job sites all throughout the DC Metro Area. Responsibilities include assisting with selective demolition of interior spaces, job site clean-up to include sweeping, trash pickup and disposal, debris hauling, and more.
