I am looking to rent out dance studio space for Day time hours. Availability early morning - 5:00 pm all days. Space can be used for fitness classes, yoga, zumba, or tell me your ideas. Some evening hour maybe available. I am looking to do a lease (monthly). I am not looking to rent a single hour. (1 hour a day ok) Please do not contact me looking for only a single hour per week. Our facility has three studios with suspended hardwood floors (35' x 26', 36' x 17', 32' x 21'), mirrors and A/C for summer classes. Available June 1st. Serious inquiries. Insurance needed. Dance Biz - Great location. 1742 Long Pond Rd. 1/2 mile south of Ridgeway Ave. Rent: 4 -5 Hours per week - $100/week, 6 - 7 Hrs per week - $120/week, 8 - 9 Hrs per week - $140/week, 10+ hrs per week - $150 per week +$15 for every hour over 10 hrs.
