I have a couple of apartments (approximately 800sq’) that I need simple renovations on. Work would include minor drywall repair, painting walls & ceilings (with or without popcorn removal), LVP flooring install, cabinet and counter install, replacing light fixtures, etc. looking for someone that can get started quickly.
