Roofing contractor seeking subcontractors that specialize in roof repairs and leak repairs (not full re-roofs). Please respond to this post with: * Name and company name * Phone number * Email * Capabilities: Our ideal subcontractor / partner will have: * Experience locating and solving leaks * Ability to troubleshoot roof leaks, drain issues, etc. * Ability to patch Steep Slope * Reliable transportation and all necessary repair tools * GL Insurance Work orders are issued as they come into our system. Upon completion the subcontractor must provide photos, invoice and a description of the corrective actions taken. Subcontractors are paid weekly, contract rate for bid jobs and negotiated hourly rate for leak repairs and troubleshooting.
