Need lightbulb/trim replaced

I have a lightbulb on a high ceiling (about 20 ft), that needs replaced. It is also over a set of stairs, which makes it difficult to get to. I'd rather just hire someone to do it than rent a ladder or lift. If you reply, please let me know when you're able to come out, and what you charge. Thanks so much!
