Job Title: Restaurant Service Technician Job Description: The Restaurant Service Technician is responsible for preventative and routine maintenance of equipment, buildings and grounds of the restaurants in their area or market, maintaining operational standards and procedures in an effective and efficient manner. The Restaurant Service Technician will install and connect utilities for foodservice equipment, test and repair foodservice equipment, perform periodic maintenance assessments, and be in charge of miscellaneous plumbing, electrical, lighting, and a variety of carpentry repairs. The Restaurant Service Technician will also assist with any maintenance projects as assigned, and manage relationships with third-party vendors. The Restaurant Service Technician will meet weekly with the District Manager to review progress and any repairs needed, as well as keeping an updated list of whom to call for repairs that require outsourcing.
