Job Title: Restaurant Service Technician Job Description: The Restaurant Service Technician is responsible for preventative and routine maintenance of equipment, buildings and grounds of the restaurants in their area or market, maintaining operational standards and procedures in an effective and efficient manner. The Restaurant Service Technician will install and connect utilities for foodservice equipment, test and repair foodservice equipment, perform periodic maintenance assessments, and be in charge of miscellaneous plumbing, electrical, lighting, and a variety of carpentry repairs. The Restaurant Service Technician will also assist with any maintenance projects as assigned, and manage relationships with third-party vendors. The Restaurant Service Technician will meet weekly with the District Manager to review progress and any repairs needed, as well as keeping an updated list of whom to call for repairs that require outsourcing. Benefits: • Competitive Starting Salary (up to $20/hour) • Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance • Travel reimbursement • Paid Time Off • Ongoing Training Provided Qualifications: • The Restaurant Service Technician must have 3-5 years’ experience working with HVAC systems, electrical systems, refrigeration and a variety of cooking equipment platforms. • The Restaurant Service Technician must have a valid driver’s license • The Restaurant Service Technician must possess basic knowledge of carpentry and mechanics • While performing the duties of this job, the Restaurant Service Technician may need to scale a ladder and be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
