We are looking for motivated individuals to join our production team – training provided!
Epcor Foundries, a division of Seilkop Industries in the Greater Cincinnati Area, is currently accepting applications for Production Workers. Epcor specializes in aluminum green sand castings, prototype, and automotive castings.
DUTIES/FUNCTIONS:
1. Show up every day on time for scheduled work shift
2. Assist production operators
3. Move material
4. Assist in loading machines, positioning work, setting up jobs
5. Work in accordance with all company policies and procedures
6. Work safely with regards self and co-workers
7. Maintain a clean work area
8. Undertake any reasonable request made by peers or supervision.
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to do the following:
• Stand for long periods of time.
• Lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
A large percentage of work time is spent in a factory environment where temperatures vary and noise levels are moderate to high.
HOURS OF WORK:
• 1st Shift regular work hours: four 10-hour days (Monday -- Thursday), starting at 4:30AM.
• 2nd Shift regular work hours: four 10-hour days (Monday – Thursday), starting at 3:30PM.
(There is a 25¢ per hour increase for 2nd shift.)
