Part-time assistant property manager

As assistant property manager you will assist in managing one single-family home rental property on the East Side, Providence, RI. Key qualities are being responsible, confident and polite in dealing with people, able to respond quickly if there is an emergency with the property, able to locate and contact servicemen and contractors if repairs are needed, and to make arrangements with both renters and contractors. You will communicate quickly and reliably with me [the home owner] and the main manager through email, phone, whatsapp, etc. If you are handy with some repairs that will be a bonus. You will need to live near the East Side of Providence and have a flexible schedule -- as there may be a sudden emergency need to respond to an emergency. You should not rely on this position to provide a steady income, as weeks may go by with no issues, but are happy to earn some extra money on the side.
