A part time maintenance position is available in a senior apartment building located in Lansing. Qualified applicants will have minor plumbing, electrical, and basic HVAC knowledge as well as janitorial skills. On call duties required and you must reside within a 45 minute commute. Approximately 20 hours per week, 3-5 days, morning or afternoon. EOE
