Fin rot do you have any medicine

My baby butterfly koi fish separated him for his tank he has a severe case of fin rotten I don't have any money to get him medicine if you live in South Seattle area you have Mela fixed or any antibacterial treatment for fish I'd be super grateful even a sample of it he's in a 40 gallon tank. I'd be very sad if he dies. No I'm not selling him.
