Second Shift Foreman. Leads and directs production and maintenance work in a safe and productive manner. Ensures jobsite is run in a manner that is in compliance with state and federal regulations. Communicates with management to meet production and safety goals. Ensures all equipment, parts, supplies, training, and tools are provided as needed. Communicates with office staff to supply information from the jobsite on spending, production, human resource issues, etc. Comply with M.S.H.A. and Pennsylvania mining regulations; also Company safety rules, including wearing of protective safety equipment. Responsible for safety of self and other employees. Must have 2+ years of mining/MSHA experience. Competitive salary and benefits package based on experience. Please submit resume.
