Vintage Management, a growing property management company, is looking for full-time maintenance personnel for multiple properties in the Central New York area. Main Job Duties include, but are not limited to: *Working to maintain curb appeal, pleasant apartment homes, and a clean community *Apartment turnovers - cleaning, prepping, painting, and repairing units to be move-in ready *General Maintenance repairs consisting of; minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, appliance repair, & general repairs. *Assist other maintenance personnel with occasional projects *Landscaping/mowing lawns/clearing snow/grounds clean up Qualifications: *Must have experience in related fields *Possess general tools *Ability to regularly lift 50+lbs *Resident focused; a self-starter and reliable team member *Carpentry, plumbing, painting, and basic electrical knowledge *Strong organization and technical skills to service apartment units and property *Valid driver’s license *Must have dependable transportation, Truck/Van a plus *Must be available for after hours and weekend on-call, on a rotating schedule. *Ability to regularly walk, climb, kneel, crouch and stand for long periods *Ability to work outside and regularly exposed to all weather elements including extreme cold or heat, rain, sleet and snow Vintage Management offers: *Paid Holidays *Paid Vacation *Medical Insurance w/ Employer Contribution *Employer Paid Life Insurance *AFLAC Insurance *401K Send resume and salary requirements.
