NOW Forming 40yo Female vocalist with established following (FB 5000+) looking to put together band for live performances of original AND cover music in the style of Sade/Toni/Nora + some country I’m NOT looking to join a band or be reinvented. I’m also NOT looking for direction from other established artist. I AM looking for a band for myself, to support me, working together, but as individual artist. Not looking to create a band name, but have a supporting group to regularly perform live where everyone gets paid and acknowledged. The following are needed: • Base OR base guitarist • Lead Guitarist Female vocalist (strong harmony) • Pianist • Sweetening (ie, sax) • Male Vocalist (strong harmony) Please do not respond if you are not serious about doing gigs, if you are impossible to work with, can’t work in groups, have your own music to push, or you can not commit to a minimum of once per week for non paid rehearsals (likely Wednesdays). Looking to build on a brand, not recreate it. Would like to work on performing live and on live stream. Recording videos for reference and promotional for all members in the near future.
