Hulcher Services Inc. is now hiring Laborers, Operators and Truck Drivers to work on train derailment emergency response, track construction, rail cargo and transfer services jobs in the tri-state region and sometimes beyond. These positions provide support for operations and are also responsible for driving tractor-trailer or escort vehicles, so a CDL class A license is preferred, but will train. Heavy equipment experience a plus but will train. We Offer • Starting wage $19.12 - $26.90 depending on position. Time and a half pay, every day after 5 pm and all-day Saturday and Sunday. Holiday differential. • Varied work - all of our employees will tell you that they enjoy a job that is different every day. • Full time employees are guaranteed 40 hours a week per labor contract with high expectation for overtime earnings. • Continual training and skill advancement opportunities. • Travel pay with room and meals provided during travel. • Union jobs with union wages, health insurance and additional benefits including uniforms, time off for time away, premium pay for fieldwork. We Require • Good driving record. • Must be able to report to the Hulcher North Platte, NE location within 30 minutes of a customer call. • Must be able travel in the region. • Must be able to respond as an on call 24/7/365 to deliver our services to our clients to restore their business. • Most work is outdoors and physically demanding. • Must be able to lift and carry chain hooks and slings in excess of 50 pounds • Drug tests and strenuous background tests are a part of our hiring process.
