Property Location: Boulevard Apartments (410 units) We are growing and continuing to hire for all positions! NRED celebrates its 40th year in 2020! Founded in 1980, Nolan Real Estate Services is a Kansas City-based real estate firm that owns and manages apartment communities in Kansas, Texas, Ohio, and Illinois. Requirements 1+ years of job related experience working with outside in a grounds role, trash collection, general maintenance recommended but not required, On-site training available, Pool pump certification (CPO) or training a plus. Must have prior experience working outside in the elements, preferably prior landscape or grounds experience. Summary As Groundskeeper, you will maintain efficient upkeep of property buildings and grounds in a supportive role to maintenance staff. Responsible for the daily repair and upkeep of the property. Cleans grounds and removes litter, debris and ensures the property has exceptional curb appeal. Assists in trash removal during make-ready of units. Sweep/blow breezeways. Clean areas around dumpsters. Clean mail room, pool areas, laundry room, etc. Assist with pool maintenance. Replace breezeway light bulbs. Assist with distributing notices. Assist in make-readies and other maintenance work as directed. Responsible for daily upkeep of the property buildings and grounds which includes cleaning and removing of trash.
