Also, our customers are primarily commercial based buildings that require very little after hour and weekend calls. Experience with air handlers, chillers, boilers, rooftop units, pneumatics and building controls are required. Offer Package Includes: --------------------------------------------------- - Competitive Hourly Rate - Medical and Dental Insurance Benefits - Life Insurance - Company Vehicle - Company Tools - Laptop - Vacation Package - Paid Holidays SKILLS REQUIRED: • 5+ Years of Commercial HVAC Repair, Service and Installation • Diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunctions associated with fans, pumps, pneumatics, compressors, motors, drive systems, valves, louvers, gas burners, etc. • Troubleshoot and repair 2 to 100 Ton Units • Chillers and Boilers Experience Required • Service, Repair, and Installation of Hydronic Equipment • Electrical/Electronic Troubleshooting • Plumbing Experience a plus • Evaluate systems and identify areas for improvements. • Ability to work independently • Maintain accurate records of time and materials for each job. • Provide exceptional customer service!
