Job description for Cleaning Trainer: - Start each weekday at the office in Denver, arrive at 7:30am. - Learn our specific cleaning system and then train new employees on the system. - When not training, clean houses on a team with 3-4 people. - OR, When not training, complete quality inspections in houses. - Help team members clean to quality standards. - Interact with customers. - Contribute to high team morale.
