Prana Cleaning Services specializes in reoccurring residential (weekly, biweekly, monthly) and one time real estate cleaning. We provide professional cleaning services to clients in Denver and the surrounding areas (Lakewood, Englewood, Thornton, Westminster, Arvada, etc). We are looking for an awesome team to add on as a subcontractor. We offer our subcontractor competitive weekly pay with the potential to earn more. On average our subcontract take home $3,000- $6000 a month. There is so much potential to grow in this market, but we need the right partnership to make this happen. Our ideal subcontractor has an entrepreneur mindset, reliable team of 2-4 people, able to work Monday - Saturday, can take on 2-4 houses per day, and willing to learn our products and systems in order to create a consist clean with our existing clients. Residential Cleaning is an extremely competitive market and we work hard to give our clients a great cleaning experience from start to finish. That's why we take our time to find the right partnership with our subcontractor. Below you will find a list of requirements in order to be considered for a interview. - Have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation - Must hold, or be willing to obtain, a current Business General Liability Insurance Policy. - Must be able to provide and maintain their own cleaning equipment supplies - Execute Prana Cleaning Services cleaning standards - Pass a background check - Someone who wants to GROW with a company and not just "have a job" - LOVE working with all kinds of people, including pets and children - Have an email, internet and cell phone with texting capabilities If you are interested in learning more about the position please email/call and tell us why we should pick you as our cleaning subcontractor.
