Currently looking for installation crew members at all levels, from helper to crew leads. Must be diligent, detail-oriented, honest, reliable, punctual, and dependable. Ability to work in a fast-paced, organized & positive environment. Flexible and adaptable to change. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Consistent work history/ strong work ethic. Must have prior EXPERIENCE replacement windows and doors, caulking, and trim carpentry. This is a Full-Time position. This is Not Temporary Work. Pay depends on skills. Job Duties include: - Tear out existing windows & doors from all types of residential construction such as Masonry, Brick, and Frame Stucco. Mostly frame over installs with a stucco frame. - Tear out old wood, steel sash, aluminum, or vinyl windows and doors. - Install new aluminum or vinyl windows and doors in any of these applications. - Install new Vinyl Windows and Doors using the Flush Fin, nail fin & pull frame (with sill pans) method of installation. - Perform all finish work needed, such as trim, caulking, minor patching. - Frame openings - Finish carpentry - Clean up job sites The people we hire MUST: #1- be available to work Monday - Friday. #2- have reliable transportation #3- caulking experience #4- trim carpentry experience #5-be healthy enough to lift and carry heavy windows.
