Grungy shoegaze band seeks new drummer for new album/future touring

Hey! We're an established band looking for a new drummer between the age of 21-40. We play heavy shoegazey grunge post-rock experimental type stuff. We have around 25 written songs and still writing more. We have a full length album out with another on the way so studio recording is on the horizon. We'd love to find someone who can play with a lot of dynamics and energy, so someone who knows when to throw down and when to bring things way down and chill/keeps things simple when necessary. Our only stipulations are the drummer must have their own gear and try their best to be flexible as our schedules can get a bit crazy sometimes. This is a serious band not just something we do for fun. We fully intend on touring at some point when we’re ready so keep that in mind. Oh and absolutely no racism/sexism/xenophobia of any kind. Some of our biggest influences are Sonic Youth, Smashing Pumpkins, Deftones, Alcest, Cocteau Twins, DIIV, Nirvana, Nothing, The Chameleons, Whirr, Swans, King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard, Swirlies, No Joy, Slowdive, Wild Nothing, Dinosaur jr, Cloakroom, Yo La Tengo, The Growlers, Tamaryn, Asylum Party, Cranes, the list goes on and on.
