Our Storage Consultants, also known as problem solvers by our customers, are critical in creating a welcoming environment, maintaining the cleanest locations in our industry, and ensuring that we meet all our customer’s storage needs. We seek employees that own their work, are dedicated to being the best at getting better, have positive attitudes, and are change makers. Schedule- Part Time Hourly, 2 to 3 days per week including most Saturdays (20 hours per week average) Responsibilities – As a Storage Consultant you will work alongside the Store Manager supporting day-to-day operations of the storage center. You will maximize sales opportunities with each prospective customer via the phone, internet or in person while consistently practicing exceptional customer service. This includes standing up enthusiastically and professionally welcoming future and current customers in a friendly manner. You will have the opportunity to match our high-quality packing and moving supplies to the customer’s storage needs. Our team enjoys working indoors and outdoors. When you are not taking care of customers in the rental office, you will spend 50% of your time walking the property to ensure the storage center is kept at like new cleanliness standards. This includes cleaning units, sweeping, mopping, wiping windows, changing light bulbs and other light maintenance duties. Successful team members need to be able to consistently perform at a high level independently and in a team environment without constant supervision.
