We're hiring! Looking for friendly, punctual, professional, strong people to help us haul junk for our new Houston branch! Our mission in hauling unwanted items is to recycle 60% of whatever we remove. We maximize space, while minimizing waste. In your future you could see growth within a year to lead a team, drive a truck, or even open a branch in Texas, or another state. Our business model attracts more and more attention from investors which can lead to big opportunities in the near future. We are currently looking for a full time driver and a full time hauler, Monday through Friday. Details: Meet at our office at 8am every day. After completing a daily checklist, you will travel to various sites in the Houston area to remove unwanted items from residential and commercial locations. While doing so you are keeping an eye out for any items that could be sold on our online resale shop, or can be recycled/donated. Be kind and courteous to all clients and their spaces while complying with the company COVID policies. You'll load and unload recycled materials at respective locations, including our storage units with anything to be sold. Anything not able to be recycled will be taken to the landfill. Things sold from our shop may need to be delivered to customers with, or without contact. You will also be doing groundwork for residential and commercial complexes like picking up trash, cigarette butts, and pet waste. Our workers get first dibs on any items they want before we sell, or donate them, with the exception of liquidation items we handle for a company. Requirements: High school diploma / GED Be able to lift 50+ pounds Active and physical Willing to work outside in hot, cold and rainy weather Reliable transportation Smart phone (we provide a cell phone stipend) Carry things up and down stairs Work fast and efficient with a team Operate equipment safely Follow all state and federal laws Communicate with Sustainability and Marketing team on useful items, recycling locations, creative ideas, and share posts to promote the company Moving, hauling, or waste experience is a plus *Physical home base location TBD Zips 77008, 77009, 77076, 77018, 77092, 77055 Email resume
