Responsibilities: -Work with Project Managers during estimating and budget development -Prepare and manage project schedule -Motivate, train and develop team members -Work with operations team to deliver contracted and enhancement services -Promote a safe and positive work environment at all times -Communicate to all team members' quality expectations, company goals and desired results.
