Landscape Installer - $100 sign on bonus

Rapidly growing construction company looking for licensed drivers and general laborers for landscape and irrigation installation at new commercial construction sites. We are not a landscape maintenance company so we do not mow. This is a year round position, not seasonal. Overtime is always available if the weather permits. Drivers with regular DL are expected to drive trucks with trailers hitched and work with the crew onsite. Machine operator, construction, dump truck manual transmission, and landscape experience would be helpful, but not required. Machine grading experience or a CDL license would be a plus and would pay more. We are also willing to train employees for obtaining their CDL by reimbursing the fees paid for your permit, on-the-clock driver training with our current licensed CDL drivers in our trucks, and paying for the final CDL test. Payroll is weekly: direct deposit posted on Thursday morning. Job Type: Full-time $100 sign on bonus is paid out after 30 days of employment. Starting pay: No DL (general laborer) - $13/hr. with consideration for increase after 90 days Regular DL (driver / laborer) - $14 - $15/hr. with consideration for increase after 90 days Class B CDL (dump truck manual transmission) - $17/hr. (increased to $18 after 90 days) Class A CDL (manual transmission) - $18/hr. (increased to $19 after 90 days)
