What We’re Looking For: - Self -motivated, enthusiastic, and hardworking candidates. - Reliable applicants - Candidates thriving on achieving goals. - Individuals that want to enhance their skills. - Must be able to lift more than 35lbs repetitively. ( If you fit these characteristics but don’t have landscape experience. No problem! We can teach the landscape part!) Landscape Construction - Basic landscape installation methods. - Installations of Plant material, mulch, river rock, landscape edging, and much more. - Daily Operations include - Operation of equipment such as skid steer, mini skid, tractors, mechanical edger, multitude of machine attachments, and small engine landscape tools. - Daily Objectives – meet and exceed the goals set forth by supervisor. Landscape Maintenance - Maintain our landscape properties with safety, quality, and efficiency. - Daily Operations include - Zero turn mowers, walk-behind mowers, string trimmers, back pack blower, mechanical sheers, edging sidewalks, pruning, and weed control. - Daily Objectives – complete daily route set forth by supervisor. Landscape Irrigation - Irrigation installation and Technion - Installation of irrigation systems from back-flow to clock. - Daily Operations include – mini skid steer with trencher to install irrigation systems according to plan.
