I am a 38yr old female who is going to be going to Simpson University to obtain a masters degree in counseling. I live on the coast so seeking housing in redding area. As rent is crazy I am trying to find a place to rent to put my nice (like new) 2016 travel trailer to live in for 2-3 nights a week (likely Monday through wed ) as I go to school. I will be commuting to coast for work and family. I have cash to pay a few months up front as well as great credit, references, and resume. I have a medium service dog named Franklin who is super well behaved. I am quiet and seeking a quiet place to study and rest.
If you have land in Redding with RV hook ups and want to make extra cash, please call or text me. I'll be in school two years so would like to find my temp home for that time, but even just one semester at a time is great.
