Found: blue and yellow parakeet

Hello neighbors, I looked out my kitchen window and saw a blue and yellow parakeet in my tree. Is anyone missing it? I tried to get it to come to me, but it kept jumping up just a little higher in the tree. If you are missing it or just want to rescue it, please contact me.
