Contemporary property management company has a Landscape position available with hours between 32-40 hours weekly in the spring and summer slowing to 25-30 weekly in the late fall and winter. We are looking for a self starter with a positive can do attitude. Tasks include mowing, trimming, raking, fertilizer application and general yard and property clean up during the spring and summer with snow removal and ice melt distribution in the winter. State of the art equipment provided. Ability to drive a full size truck and pull a trailer is a must. Valid driver's license and smart phone are required. Come join us and be a part of our team!
