I'm Coco. I'm roughly 10-11 years old and I'm a sweet old gal. I'm about 45lbs. I was given up by my previous owner because she has some major health concerns she needs to attend to and could no longer care for me. It made me sad but in just the last day I've already adjusted quite well to this temporary home, so for your comfort and knowledge - I adapt quickly. I would probably do best as the only pet in the house, I don't do well with other dogs. Cats might be okay, as my last owner had a friendly kitty I became friends with and cuddled with, but that would be at your discretion. I like walks and going outside, but go slower with me as my short legs can only let me go so fast! I am very good on a leash, the best you'll ever walk. You won't ever have to worry about me jumping and pulling away, just walk and I'll go with. I take direction very well. I can sit, stay, come, crate, and potty all on command. Still working on lay down, I like to go all the way to my "lay down" spot whenever told to lay down, so if we're doing tricks for treats and you tell me sit, I'll sit, but if you tell me to lay down I might go lay down on the couch or by the door or in my crate. :) I have also never had an accident, I will sit by the door and let you know when I need to go potty - and I can hold it as long as need be (never a worry of me going in my crate or inside while you're away. I need a mellow low energy home who can give me love. I am fine laying around all day inside or outside, and a crate would be lovely to have to sleep in - but I'm okay anywhere. Floor, couch, doesn't matter to me. I do well in car rides too, crated or not. Front seat or back, doesn't matter. I'll either sit like a human and look around outside, or I'll stare at you longingly, or I'll just lay down and chill. :) Music doesn't bother me, just don't blow my eardrums out please. She has no rehoming fee, I just need to make sure she'll be taken care of. She's the sweetest dog you'll ever meet. She just wants love and to become comfortable with a new person who will give her the love and face kisses she needs and deserves. She LOVES kisses all over her head and face and snout. She'll cuddle up to you and push herself into you and kiss your nose. She does this cute littlr one-two lick on your nose and then pushes her head down into you. She has a very soft, calm, and loving personality. This is not a playful hyper dog, at all. She is definitely a lazy lay-around type dog. So if you want someone to cuddle while you watch tv or game out, she's perfect for that. Or if you're outdoors doing stuff, she'll just hang out and about. She's smart and she wants to be with you, though she is okay if left alone as previously mentioned, that goes for leaving her in the car too. She will just sit in her spot/seat and calmly wait for you to return. Been taking her on delivery runs with me and she does great. Healthwise she is perfectly healthy, but she does have a lot of skin tags on her back and along her arms. They aren't a hindrance or anything for her at all, nor are they tumors or painful or anything of the sort. Just little skin growths, if you don't know what they are google them real quick. :) Also as you can see she has lost most of the fur on her tail over the course her life, no mange or anything like that. I don't have too much info on it other than she literally is always sitting or laying on her tail and apparently always has. Seems to have just worn away over her life. But she is healthy and has no health concerns and is a happy healthy little piggy. I can email her rabies shot paperwork and get in contact with her old vet for all her records. She comes with a collar, a couple of leashes, and a roll of poo-bags.
