A nationwide property management company is seeking well rounded, energetic, maintenance tech to perform maintenance on a variety of single family residential properties. Duties and pay will range based on skill and experience. Work to be performed will range from minor carpentry and interior repairs, plumbing, electrical, problem solving, and turning vacated units. Candidates must be able to pass drug test and work 20-40 hours a week. Pay based on skill-sets and ability to communicate effectively with owners and tenants as well as basic computer aptitude with the ability to interface with maintenance software and create invoices.
